Lerato Opens Rape Case Against Tol Ass Mo

Lerato Moloi is not backing down without a fight until justice prevails in her rape case against comedian Tol Ass Mo.

The model had been arrested for being in contempt of court for refusing to take down a tweet from 2014, accusing comedian Tol Ass Mo of sexual harassment.

DailySun reports that Lerato's lawyer says they will be attending court on August 17 following Lerato's rape case she has now opened against the comedian.

The model said she had been put to shame for reporting on the matter by many people even on social media. Many attempts have been made to try and silence her however she remains focused on telling her story.

"In the past two months I’ve been served with letters from Tol Ass Mo’s attorneys to remove my tweets. I’ve been discouraged by people close to me, and by management, against speaking the truth because it would be too uncomfortable for too many," she said to the publication.
